We are currently looking for a driven and ambitious employee on behalf of our client, starting in February until May with a chance of extension. The position is full-time.

Work period: Starting in February.Workplace: Hovsjö, Södertälje.Working hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:15, Friday 07:00-15:00.

Job Responsibilities:

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the apartments and properties in your area. Your tasks also include welcoming new tenants to the area. Daily maintenance includes repairs and lock changes, property rounds, carpentry, and plumbing work.

The properties are spread out in Södertälje, hence there is a requirement for a B driver's license.Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar work. You should also have a good ability to take responsibility and a desire to perform well. It is also important that you are service-minded as the job involves a lot of customer contact. Furthermore, we would like you to take your own initiatives, enjoy working independently, and be humble and respect deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Documented practical work experience
• Post-secondary practical training
• B driver's license
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
• Good references

Meritorious:

• Previously documented experience in similar positions
